What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi I m 24 years old 57 kg weight 5 2 height. I have pcos. I have been trying to conceive. I have had two courses of tablet inducer and had ultrasound on 14th day. Last ultrasound showed follicle size 12*12 in right ovary which measured 3.3*2.1 cm...left ovary has atretic follicles and measures 3.5*1.7 cm...endometrial thickness is 10mm.normal size anteverted uterus. Now my doc gave me lezra tab 2.5 mg to take on 2nd day of periods. Two tabs daily. My question is that is there still a chance of ovalution? And what will lezra tab do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by abnormality in ovulation and inability of the ovarian follicles to mature properly.
It is treated with preparations which help in maturation of the ovarian follicles.
Lezra is one such preparation which helps in maturation of the ovarian follicles and hence the egg.
Thus, treatment is taken and follicular scan is done to monitor the growth of ovarian follicle and the eggs.
Conception can be planned when the ovarian follicle is mature enough and ready to ovulate and release the mature egg or ovum.
